The Nobletex Multi-layer coat
We have developed 2, 5, 7 and 9 layer coatings, both single side and double side coating to suit the specific technical requirements. The application of coating tailored to the specific usage is what makes the end product into performance functional textiles. Uniform high quality is assured by the technical processing guidelines.
Lacquering
Nobletex fabrics offer single side and double side lacquer treatment. With the high quality PVDF coating lacquering, dirt and ageing resistance properties are achieved.
Durability
In the event of an accidental tear, perforation during assembly or vandalism, the fabric structure prevents the tear from increasing in size. Further, with high thickness of surface coating, the level of breaking strength increase while remaining extremely light.
Dimensional stability
We ensure are fabrics are in constant tension during the production process. This results in outstanding dimensional stability when installing and in use. With no dangerous pockets or unsightly folds, all structures, blinds and awnings retain their initial shape due to the dimensional stability provided by Nobletex Fabrics.
UV Resistant
UV Pro fabrics are engineered to last years without losing their unique properties, like colorfastness, durability, water and stain repellency. This is achieved through formulating and selecting pigments that withstand UV rays.
Fire Resistant
Nobletex fabrics offer flame retardant properties that meet the stringent standards. This is assured through rigorous testing in the lab and proven performance in the field.
Easy Care
The chemical composition of the topcoat enables good dirt rejection, giving the structure excellent cleaning and dirt repellence properties.
Weldability
In order to provide easy welding and sealing properties, the topcoat will ensure reliable weld meeting the industry standard demands. All these features are realized by the unique chemical composition of the topcoat.
